Credits reset each month and do not carry over. On Team they are one shared pool, with an optional cap per person. Team storage is a base amount plus storage for each user.

Pricing questions
What are Olaf credits?+−
Olaf credits are the monthly allowance for Olaf. Each request uses credits based on the work it does. The allowance resets every month. Unused credits do not roll over.
What happens when credits are used up?+−
Olaf stops until the next period or until you add a monthly pack. Tasks, projects, chat, documents, and files keep working.
Can storage or Olaf allowances be increased?+−
Yes, only in fixed packs. Storage: 10 GB (€3/month), 50 GB (€10/month), 100 GB (€18/month). Olaf credits, one pack at a time: 1,000 (€5/month), 5,000 (€20/month), 10,000 (€35/month). An increase applies immediately and is billed immediately. A reduction or cancellation starts next period. There is no custom amount.
Is a credit card required for the trial?+−
No. Personal and Team include a 14-day trial and do not ask for a card. Basic does not use a trial.
Can I cancel at any time?+−
Yes. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period, access continues until that date. After that, the account moves to the unpaid state for that plan and content remains.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?+−
Nothing is deleted automatically. If Personal ends, the account becomes Basic and existing work stays available. While you are over the Basic limits, creating more workspaces, active projects, or active tasks, uploading files, and using Olaf are paused until you reduce usage or upgrade. If a Team trial or subscription ends, the organization and its content stay, and collaboration is restricted until you subscribe or reorganize.
