Can I use Personal for client work?+−
Yes. Personal includes unlimited workspaces, so you can separate clients, projects, or areas of work without a team plan.
When do I need Team?+−
When more than one person needs to collaborate in HeyOlaf: invitations, shared workspaces, channels, roles, and central billing.
What happens when my trial ends?+−
A Personal trial becomes Free. A Team trial keeps the organization and its content, and collaboration becomes restricted until you subscribe or reorganize. Nothing is deleted automatically.
What happens if I exceed a Free limit?+−
Existing content stays available. Creating more workspaces, active projects, active tasks, uploads, or Olaf use is paused until you reduce usage or upgrade.
Can I buy more storage?+−
Yes. Personal and Team can add 10 GB for €3/month, 50 GB for €10/month, or 100 GB for €18/month.
Can I buy more Olaf credits?+−
Yes. Packs are 1,000 credits for €5, 5,000 for €20, and 10,000 for €35.
What happens to unused purchased Olaf credits?+−
Purchased credits stay available. They are used after the included monthly credits and are not cleared when the monthly allowance resets.
Can I cancel anytime?+−
Yes. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period, access continues until that date. After that, the account moves to the unpaid state for that plan and content remains.
